Accounts

Accounts are for adults with parental responsibility. Children never sign in themselves.

Passes

The Christmas Pass (£3.99) and Family Pass (£5.99) are one-off payments covering Christmas 2026. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Your right to cancel

Digital content starts straight away. When you buy, we ask you to agree that access begins immediately, which means you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once access starts. If something goes wrong, email hello@northpolepost.uk and we'll put it right.

Fair use

Please only add children you care for, and only their first name. Don't try to misuse or break the service.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Children's information is deleted every 31 January.
